حکما نے لکھا ہے کہ شہد کو پانی میں ملا کر پینے سے حفظانِ صحت وہ طاقت حاصل ہوتی ہے جس کی معرفت کی راہ عارفین ہی نے بتایا ہیں۔ جو شہد کے جو فوائد وخواص کا منبہ ہیں ان کی بنا پر اربابِ طب و تحقیق کا یہ فیصلہ ہے کہ شہد بلا شبہ ایک ایسی نعمتِ الہٰی ہے جس کا کوئی نعم البدل نہیں ہو سکتا۔ جالینوس کا کہنا ہے کہ خاص طور پر بیماریوں کے لیے شہد سے بہتر کوئی چیز نہیں ہے ۔ اطباء لکھتے ہیں کہ نہار منہ پینا یا چاٹنا بلغم کو خارج کرتا ہے ۔
مثانے کے جلن کو ختم کرتا ہے ۔ معدے کو صاف کرکے فضلات کو نکال لیتا ہے، معدے کومعتدل کرکے گرمی پہنچاتا ہے اور سدوں کو کھولتا ہے ، علاوہ ازیں یہ قبض کشا ، اور فاسد مادوں کو خارج کرتا ہے ۔ پیشاب، حیض اور دودھ کو جاری کرتا ہے مثانہ و گردہ کی پتھری کو توڑتا ہے اور رطوبت فاسدہ کو دفع کرتا ہے
شہد کے خواص
یہ قدرت کا خالص تحفہ ہے — یہ نہ صرف ذائقے میں میٹھا ہے بلکہ صحت کے لیے بھی بے شمار فوائد رکھتا ہے۔ قوت مدافعت میں مددگار ہے، توانائی اور شفا کا ذریعہ بنتا ہے۔ اس کی روزانہ استعمال، تندرستی کی ضمانت یے جس کے فوائد درجہ ذیل ہے
شہد کی فضلیت کتاب اللہ سے
اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن پاک میں فرمایا ترجمہ: “اس کے پیٹ سے مختلف رنگوں کا ایک مشروب نکلتا ہے جس میں لوگوں کے لیے شفا ہے۔”
(سورۃ النحل: 69)

- شہد کا استعمال طویل المعیاد بنیادوں پر وزن میں کمی کا باعث بنتی ہے، لیموں کے عرق اور شہد کو گرم پانی میں ملا کر پینا میٹابولزم کو تیز کرکے پیٹ کو دیر تک بھرے رکھتا ہے، جس سے اضافی چربی کو کم عرصے میں گھلانا ممکن ہوسکتا ہے ۔ تاہم یہ خیال رہے کہ شہد کے 20 گرام میں چونسٹھ کیلوریز پائی جاتی ہیں، اس لیے آپ کو باقی غذا سے کیلوریز کم لینا ہوں

جو بندہ مہینے کے پہلے تین دن ہر صبح نہار منہ ہتھیلی پر شہد رکھ کر چاٹ لے تو بہت سے بیماریوں سے بچ سکتا ہے جیسے برس، فالج، دل کی بیماریاں سانس دمے کی بیماری موٹاپا یہ سب ختم ہو جاتی ہیں کتنا اسان طریقہ ہے
اور یہ حدیث نبوی میں بھی ہے کہ جو بندہ صبح نہار منہ مہینے کے تین دن صرف ہر صبح شھد کو چاٹ لیں تو اس کے جسم سے بلائیں و تکالیف بیماریاں ختم ہو جاتی ہیں صرف اس جملے کی وضاحت کی تاکہ اپ لوگ سمجھ سکیں صحت اپ کی ہتھیلی پر۔
ابو الشیخ بن حیان رحمہ اللہ نے سند کے ساتھ ذکر فرمایاہے کہ جس نے ہرماہ تین دن نہار منہ شہد پیا، وہ فالج،جذام اور برص جیسی بڑی بیماریوں سے محفوظ ہوگیا۔ حدیث مبارک ملاحظہ کریں
شہد کی افضلیت میں حدیث مبارک
“عن أبي هريرة ، قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : من لعق العسل ثلاث غدوات ، كل شهر ، لم يصبه عظيم من البلاء”.
سنن ابن ماجہ کی روایت میں منقول ہے
رجمہ:”حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص ہر مہینے میں تین دن صبح کے وقت شہد چاٹ لیا کرے تو وہ کسی بڑی مصیبت میں مبتلا نہیں ہوتا “۔ حدیث نمبر2 ترجمہ: “شفا تین چیزوں میں ہے: شہد پینے میں، سینگی لگوانے میں، اور آگ سے داغنے میں، لیکن میں اپنی امت کو داغنے سے منع کرتا ہوں۔”
(صحیح بخاری: 5680)
مطلب یہ ہے کہ شہد کی برکت و خاصیت سے بڑی مصیبت و بلا تک دفع ہو جاتی ہے خواہ وہ کسی سخت بیماری کی صورت میں ہو یا کسی اور صورت میں چہ جائے کہ کوئی چھوٹی مصیبت و بلا ہو۔
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم روزانہ ایک پیالہ
“سفر السعادۃ”کے مصنف نے لکھا ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم روزانہ ایک پیالہ میں شہد کو پانی میں ملا کر گھونٹ گھونٹ نوش فرماتے تھے
شھد کی پہچان: اصلی یا نقلی
ٹیسٹ نمبر 1
پہلے اپ ایک کورا کاغذ لیں۔ ایسا کاغذ لیں جو زیادہ بہتر نہ ہو مطلب اخبار جیسا ۔ ہا ں اخبار زیادہ موزوں ہوگا ۔اپ اخبار کا ٹکڑا لیجئے اس پر شھد تھوڑا ڈال دے اپ شھد کے اردگرد دیکھ لے اگر اردگرد کاغذ پرپانی نظر ائے تو سمجھ لینا کہ شھد نقلی ہے۔ کیونکہ شھد پانی سے پاک ہوتا ہے اور اگرپانی اردگرد نہ ہو تو شھد اصلی ہے
ٹیسٹ نمبر 2
روئی کا ایک ٹکرا لے اس پر شھد مل دے یعنی اس کوشھد میں ڈبو دے اور اس کو آگ سے جلا دے اگر جلنے کے وقت شور شروع کر دے۔ تو سمجھ لیں کہ شھد نقلی ہے کونکہ جب پانی مکس ہو تو جلنے کے شور کرتا ہے

گرم پانی لیں اور اس میں شھد ڈال دے اگر جلد حل ہوا تو یہ نقلی شھد ہوگا

آخر میں بس یہی کہنا چاہوں گا کہ شہد واقعی ایک نعمتِ خداوندی ہے یہ ایک قدرتی ٹانک ہےجو ہمیں نہایت کم قیمت میں دستیاب ہے، لیکن اس کے فوائد بے شمار ہیں۔ جس میں وافر مقدار میں منرلز، اینٹی آکسیڈنٹس اور شفا بخش خصوصیات موجود ہیں۔
شہد کو اپنی روزمرہ زندگی کا حصہ بنائیے، یہ نہ صرف بیماریوں سے تحفظ دیتا ہے بلکہ، جسم کو چاق و چوبند رکھتا ہے۔
